To register and maintain an Account on the Judimpo platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account using your login credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you shall be solely responsible for all such activity.
In the event you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Judimpo's customer support team immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected].
Judimpo reserves the right to verify a Player's identity at any point, including at registration, during the KYC process, before processing a withdrawal, or where suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or closure of the Account.
Judimpo accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (online banking), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, credit and debit cards (Visa/Mastercard), and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT).
All deposit transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified in the case of cryptocurrency deposits, which are subject to real-time conversion rates at the time of the transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within the Cashier section of your Account.
Judimpo does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The name on the payment method used must match the name registered on your Judimpo Account. Deposits made from unmatched or third-party sources may be returned to the originating payment method less any applicable transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full prior to processing:
Processing timeframes vary by withdrawal method. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers via FPX or direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) typically process within 1 to 3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals typically complete within 15 to 60 minutes subject to network conditions.
Judimpo reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the withdrawal process in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gambling policies. Processing may be delayed or placed on hold pending the outcome of any such review.
Judimpo offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions disclosed at the point of each offer, which form part of and are incorporated into these Terms.

All bets placed on the Judimpo platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. These rules are accessible within each game or market and form part of these Terms. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable rules for that game or market.
For sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), Champions League, UFC, and other covered events — Judimpo reserves the right to void or amend any bet where a manifest error has occurred, where the event outcome is otherwise affected by circumstances beyond normal expectations, or where Judimpo has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the event has been compromised.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the betting interface. Judimpo reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual Players or markets at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a technical failure, game interruption, or disconnection during live play or a live betting session, bets will be settled in accordance with the recorded state of the game or market at the point of interruption, as recorded by Judimpo's servers. In cases of clear system error, bets may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account balance.
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the Judimpo platform:
Judimpo employs fraud detection and security monitoring systems that operate continuously. Any Account flagged for suspicious activity may be suspended pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, the Account will be terminated and any funds therein may be withheld pending review and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
Judimpo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is terminated due to a verified breach of these Terms, Judimpo reserves the right to void any outstanding bets, forfeit any bonus funds, and withhold any Account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC.
Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team. Any remaining real money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Judimpo and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
Judimpo makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While we take reasonable steps to maintain the availability and integrity of the Platform, we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website or its services.
All games on the Judimpo platform operate using certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or influenced. Judimpo is not liable for losses resulting from game outcomes, bets placed in error, or any other in-game activity.
All content on the Judimpo platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of Judimpo or is used under licence from third-party rights holders.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform; attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract the source code of any software used on the Platform; or use any content for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of Judimpo.
The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by Judimpo is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.
